About InkLink

Infrastructure for
document provenance.

We are building the layer that proves where a consumer-shared document came from. The certificate travels with the document, so anyone who receives it can confirm its origin independently.

Our Approach

A secure product, by design.

For most of the past two decades, businesses that needed evidence from consumers had two options. They could rely on a regulated data bureau, which is expensive, slow, and constrained by the records the bureau happens to hold. Or they could rely on the consumer's self-reported claims and document uploads, which are difficult to verify and easy to fabricate.

InkLink was built to provide a third option, narrower than the others by design. The consumer authenticates to their own account within a secure runtime session. The consumer chooses what to share. InkLink issues a cryptographic attestation of where the shared document originated: the source domain, the capture timestamp, and a session integrity proof that any party downstream can verify independently.

We attest to where a consumer authenticated, what they chose to share, and when. The certificate travels with the document, and any party downstream can confirm it independently.

The result is a product with a clear scope: a verifiable record of where a consumer's document came from, delivered alongside the document itself.

The Team

Founding team.

InkLink was founded in 2025 by a team with operational experience in consumer finance infrastructure, secure systems engineering, and enterprise software.

PT

Prat Tiwari

Co-founder & CEO

Prat was a co-founder of MoneyLion, where he served as Chief Information and Risk Officer through the company's growth to serve more than ten million consumers. He spent that decade close to the operational reality of consumer underwriting and verification systems, and to the structural gap that InkLink was built to address. He holds MBAs from The Wharton School and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

JC

Jong

Co-founder & CTO

Jong was VP of Engineering at MoneyLion, where he led the platform and infrastructure teams behind billions of dollars in payment volume. His prior work spans secure systems engineering and verifiable credentials. He leads InkLink's platform architecture, including the cryptographic attestation pipeline and the secure runtime environment that supports each capture session.

CA

Chris Ashley

Co-founder & COO

Chris brings a decade of go-to-market and partnership leadership across fintech and enterprise software, including senior operating roles at Invoca during its scale to a category-defining platform. He leads commercial strategy, customer onboarding, and the discipline of communicating InkLink's scope precisely to legal and procurement teams.
